1. How can I contact nutristic? You can drop us an email at contact@nutristic.com.sg or contact us at +65 8578 7334.

2. How long will nutristic take to reply my email? We are devoted to provide you with the best customer service possible. Do kindly give us between 1 - 2 working days to reply your email.

3. I have not received my parcel, what should I do? Singpost takes 3-5 working days to mail the parcel to you. For registered postage, we will send you via email your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. To track your parcel, please visit www.singpost.com and key in your tracking number. For normal postage, if you do not receive it after 14 working days from date of posting, your parcel might be a lost mail. Kindly contact us and we will our best to assist you!

4. How do I make payment for my order? You can pay through a Credit/Debit card at the checkout page!

5. Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed? Kindly contact us and we will see what we can do for you!

6. Do you provide self collection? We apologise that we do not provide any self-collection at this moment.
